Tenacious growth means being part of building a great company. Will be liberating for some great people, overwhelming or frustrating for others.

Cons

Either its the best company you've ever worked at if you think like an entrepreneur, or the worst if you're accustomed to being told what to do. If you think everyone else is the problem, ...maybe its not.

The company is entrepreneurial which gives employees the freedom to utilize their expertise and apply it with minimal oversight. Individuals will not do well if they need constant instruction and oversight. The freedom and ability to apply skill sets as I see fits is the most desirable element of my job.

When people worry more about gossip than being successful.
