Worked with some great professionals within the BU. Flexibility within the job...great work/life balance.

Cons

Employees are viewed and treated as a means to an end. That end was to grow the business with as many clients as possible as fast as possible. You will be expected to ignore established standards and compromise personal integrity to push clients through. No raises. Terrible benefits. 20th century tech. Bonus is a mystery.
