This organization is completely unorganized, directionless, and archaic. The leadership team conducts themselves in a cultish manner using symbolism, nomenclature, and a false history to establish an organizational functionality and purpose. They (leadership) seek out exceptional individuals, present a false reality, and then turn around and ridicule and patronize them with phrases such as ‘ego is the problem’ , ‘your pedigree is not wanted here’ , and ‘you will be evaluated by the types of questions you ask not by what you do'. The firms’ structure places everyone in competition, while at the same time disciplines for competitiveness. Bully tactics are as common as the free coffee. However, the free coffee taste good going down. Lastly, no one in the senior leadership sphere can explain how customers are billed, what services BBSI provides, how bonuses are configured, and how the organization has performed over the past 7 years—with supporting documentation.

No raises (ever). If you want a pay increase it will only be through a promotion. INCREDIBLY poor benefits. How does ZERO time off your first year of employeement sound? Or 1 week of PTO after working there a year? This is truly a company that does not put any value in their employees. As if this wasn't enough, the "bullying" culture runs rampant throughout every part of this organization. From the CEO (who threatened to take up an employee issue "out in the parking lot"), to the uneducated managers that gossip and pit people against each other. No matter what the job offer is from this company RUNNNNN.
