Tenacious growth means being part of building a great company. Will be liberating for some great people, overwhelming or frustrating for others.

Cons

Either its the best company you've ever worked at if you think like an entrepreneur, or the worst if you're accustomed to being told what to do. If you think everyone else is the problem, ...maybe its not.

Ability to work with owners and managers of businesses within many different industries. Great team environment. Flexible schedule allowing time in the office and in the field with clients.

Cons

It is a very flat organization that leaves no room for growth. Base salaries are less than industry standards with the potential of profit sharing after the first year, but no guarantees.
