This is a work environment that encourages and rewards self starters. Each branch is run not unlike a franchise; your team's performance is directly reflected on the bottom line of the Branch's P&L which then translates to profit sharing potential. I have read all the negative posts before me and I will tell you these were predominately individuals who need constant supervision and a different environment. It doesn't make them bad people, just the wrong fit for this organization. If you're smart & talented, like a challenge, autonomy and are a self starter, then I highly recommend you consider a career with BBSI.
