A shared sense of purspose across all levels and departments: to send support and love to families in Latin America through their financial products, including money transfer, check cashing, bill payments, loans and many more.

Cons

Cashiers do not receive proper on-boarding and training

Bilingual in Spanish and English, nice environment and easy going work pace. This is fast growing company that allows you to grow with it.

Cons

It is a Family company that sometimes stock in the old fashion way. Low academic background from some management staff members

There is a home environment. It is a good place to learn new things and advance up.

Cons

Some departments that do way more and have more responsibilities than other departments they still get paid the same hourly pay. Raises are very low. Sometimes it can get very personal.
