Cons
So much has change, the environment before was very family like, yearly bonus, Christmas parties and chances to grow. Now with the company merging with another company you're constantly worried if you will be the next person to be layoff, minimum chances to grow and bare minimum pay increase. Not everyone is treated the same. Some department are very strict while others almost do whatever they want with zero consequences. The work load has increase for everyone and every time they just expect more and more from you. Overall what bothers the most is that not everyone is treated equally, they are very poor at keeping you motivated and excited to work.
