Pros

-Bonus pay based on location performance can be good -Work days are short, typically 6 hours -You accumulate PTO from Day 1 -You receive Holiday bonuses even if you are new, there isn't much of a probationary period coming in -You receive yearly raises, about 10-25 cents a year

Cons

-High turnover rate due to high work volume -Workload really high while the pay is low, you need the bonuses for the pay to be decent at at best. -Upper middle management can greatly affect your day to day work experience -Due to 6 hour days, they do not offer breaks or even a lunch break -You are only permitted to have 1 day off -Bonus goals increase exponentially every month, making achieving goals for store locations more impossible which reduces overall pay in the long term. Store prosperity stagnates due to this no matter how busy business gets.
