Interviewed at one of their mines and was led to believe the job was a given after the site interview. Basically the younger staff, fresh out of school with less experience and disorganized is what they want, not someone able to mentor and help in the real mining world... not surprised...rah rah DEI

The most toxic company I have ever experienced. Boys club at the top who have been working together and protecting each other for decades. Like being stuck in the 90s where bullying is encouraged and rewarded. No respect for work-life balance - you are expected to 'work, live, breathe Barrick', but be regularly publicly berated in return.
