Business Outlook
Pros
Has a good "family" feeling to it, without being overbearing. You don't feel like you work for a giant, faceless company, but it's also not a company that forces you to act like it's your best friend in the world. It's a really welcoming environment.
Cons
Not a ton of room for growth. A step up is becoming a supervisor, which is more about administrative work (time sheets, etc.) than strategic leadership and mentoring/growing team members.
