      Different on-going projects supporting NASA including ISS. Interesting work. Nice work environment.

      Overall, this is a well led company with a great technical staff. Direction and trends are well, but not perfectly, managed.

      Cons

      There are limited opportunities for promotion since few people ever leave government jobs. As a result, the innovation gets stale and new ideas are not accepted, perhaps seen as upsetting the status quo.
