      Pros

      The work is challenging, and it allows me to support ISS projects at NASA. The teams have been very welcoming and supportive. I like that this company actually practices an open door policy. Always able to speak to management. Also, work schedule flexibility.

      - The culture is very welcoming and you have opportunities to talk to senior managment. - Through contract changes and times of uncertainty, they keep the employees informed as much as they can. - If you work on their NASA contracts, what could be better?

      Cons

      - Pay is not as competitive as other companies and industries in the area. - Because of the structure of the company, workers working at the clients site can sometimes feel removed from the central office.
