      Pros

      Love the fact that they seem to take work life balance into account. Most of the work is really interesting and the company culture seems pretty caring.

      Cons

      Not too many cons so far, Though the work is very dependent on the ongoing contracts/projects. Not Barrios' fault though. Also, pay can be a little better.

      Pros

      -Great benefits -Great flexible hours -Hybrid schedule (at managers discretion) -It did appear to have good company culture -Very fast paced, sometimes too fast -Toxic environment and management -HR does very little -Not a great work life balance, expected to be "on" almost 24/7

      Cons

      -Bad experience with management that HR did very little to help or mitigate the situation. There was little to no options to transfer and It was a very toxic situation and environment. It did not feel like the company had its employees wellbeing in mind.
