Pros

Great atmosphere, snacks in the kitchen, on-the-job training, relaxed work environement. The only people in the office after about 4:30 are tech support. It's not a workaholic culture. Great coworkers that enjoy being with eachother. It feels good to work for the resale industry and to help franchisees succeed in their businesses. Lots of promotion opportunities too!! The company is growing fast.

Cons

You can't work from home. Some of the systems they use are old to store and collect data. Franchisees can be really rude.

Thanks for the feedback. I will take a look at how we can improve the timeclock system. Come talk to me about your educational goals and maybe there's something we can do for you. --Scott, CEO

Pros

This is by far the best job that I have had. I feel like a valued member of the team. I love being a part of the meetings and feeling like what I say has value for projects. And there are so many projects to work on! My job is challenging and detail oriented, and I get to be creative where it counts. There is a lot of variety in my job that keeps me busy and learning and designing all the time. There are snacks in the kitchen, weekly lunches, fun holidays, dogs in the office, and overall friendly people to talk to. They are very flexible with my time so that I can go home to my own puppy mid-day and give her some exercise. I enjoy this job so much that if I need to move out of state for my husband's job, I will want to become a remote designer for Basecamp.

Cons

There is a lot of back and forth between executives pertaining to the marketing and promotions so I get quite a bit of feedback on my work. It is very easy to stay above it all and not get frustrated, it just requires verification.
