      Pros

      most of the people working there are very nice. most of the customers are nice can get time off which is very neat

      Cons

      don't feel appreciated, just another number. there is a cashier that is very condescending favoritism does exist

      Pros

      Very flexible with schedule. My pay is really good for being a part time employee. I quit once from this AJs but I returned part time and the process was easy. There is a lot of need within the company for good people therefore lots of jobs.

      Cons

      There's a lot of preferential treatment. Pay rates top out really low even for management. I do well because I have a degree but otherwise I'd be screwed. I dont see the company getting out of there rut unless they try and become more competitive, more imaginative and invest in some cosmetic/aesthetic work on their older stores. I work at an AJs and honestly I feel they should sell off that format to someone with more capital. The health insurance is horrible. If you have none, something's better than nothing but my full time job is at a hospital and man is that good insurance.

      I enjoy Bashas working there for 14 teen & 1/2 years. I meet so meany friends and co-work there.

      Cons

      We last are lunch room were we had hot lunch that we could buy.
