One of my favorite reasons to work at Bashas' is the neighborhood store feeling you get when you walk in the door.

Cons

Due to the failing economy and our recent bankruptcy morale and attitudes are very low. Many of upper management and others are "jumping ship" due to better opportunities elsewhere.
