For people wanting to work part-time. Weekly pay.

Cons

Full-time positions not available. No set schedule. No paid holidays. Managers do not acknowledge you until they need you to cover a shift. Worst employee turn around. Store is located on the reservation and employees have to drive quite a distance to get to work. Basically working for gas money. No employee incentives- employee discounts are super low. 1 Bashas shirt is given and you have to wear this each time you work.

Great meat managers as well as store managers.

Cons

Finding good help for a meat department is the hardest part of the meat managers job, I didn't envy it. That being said, it sucks to work with people who don't want to be there.
