The pros about working at this place is the fact that I took so many sick days and I got paid for those days. It was great.

Cons

The con is I got laid off cuz I didn't file the form to go back to work cuz I met some actually decent ppl that care a lot bout me.

Pros

The person to person interaction was the best thing about it. Helping somebody out, even if it's reaching to the higher shelves to help a customer get thier favorite salad dressing.

Cons

Vetran employees are paid on a different payscale then the newer employees. This company filed for bankruptcy after the recession and kept they employees hired before a certain date on the old "higher wage" Payscale. A cashier on the old Payscale can earn up to $18/hr, where the newer employees hit the pay ceiling at around $13.50/hr. This means the older employees
