It is staggeringly easy to get hired

Cons

Very dishonest practices on scheduling, time off, and bad work to life balance. Employees who have worked at a location for a particularly long time can get away with barely lifting a finger beyond the bare minimum and pushing the bulk of their responsibilities on newer hires.
