Decent pay and benefits, often better than other retail pharmacies, not chronically understaffed like most other retail pharmacies.

Cons

Management will try to dodge responsibility for things like accommodations for illness/disability, and the company is small enough that managers can get away with pretty much anything acting on personal biases; legally sketchy handling of disputes and issues.
