Flexible hours, able to trade shifts with others, can use PTO any time after 90 days I believe, wonderful management (at the Sun Lakes location) and staff.

Cons

Sun Lakes location is FULL of retirees and the seasonal snow birds. You WILL have very nasty customers majority of the time. Your hours will be cut significantly during summer time. Will have to volunteer for more shifts and at other stores. It is also pretty difficult to move up at that location.
