      Pros

      You can request as Many days off as you want, just be prepared to have no hours the next week. They only fire you if you steal other than that you’ll most likely never get tired.

      Cons

      No set schedule. Managers always skip your breaks, and never let you use the restroom. They’ll try to call you in on all your days off and get mad if you don’t show up. Mangers except you to handle everything on the front end while they’ll in the back talking. No room for promotions or raises
