Pros

Flexible hours, great benefits, excellent management on the store level. Great co-workers in most of the stores. Busy stores provide many opportunities.

Cons

The pay wages in retail are absolutely horrendous, Bashas is no different. Negotiate a better wage before you're hired, because once you're hired you get a nominal increase with hours worked.
