      They are good to their employees and encourage a work life balance.

      Could be better with a mentorship program of some sort.

      Basin is a cooperative. It's people first, organization second. Employees know they work for people, not for profit.

      Basin offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, career growth opportunities and a sense of pride. It's community-focused and consistently works to find ways to help better the communities where its employees and members live and work.

      Cons

      The cooperative business model is centered on people. There are no cons about people working to help keep the lights on for their friends, family and neighbors.
