Pros
Digity.com offers so many things that are appealing to its employees. First and foremost the atmosphere at work is unbeatable. Genuine encouragement, excitement and energy are all traits that are valued here. Additionally the management embraces leadership and professional growth, if you have the initiative to do something, they will stand behind you and help you to accomplish it.
Cons
Our open and close knit workspace can create a challenge when the volume in the room rises. Additionally, I’d like to see more initiative at conserving resources through recycling.

Pros
Digity is fun and friendly, the team is great and it's tight nit. There aren't any politics because everyone is so open about things. They are very flexible with schedules and encourage you to own your work. The management is focused and helpful. They concern themselves with your personal growth as a professional and don't cut corners. The training is awesome, very helpful and inspiring. The culture and values are consistent with the honesty and integrity I expect in a world class business.
Cons
The process is constantly changing. Management will announce new opportunities well before they are implemented which can make progress feel slow at times, especially when looking for additional opportunities. Work can feel repetitive. Training is short when you first start and when implementing new ideas/strategies. You really have to own your growth in your position.
