Too much mandatory overtime They tell you mandatory overtime will just be peak season (November to December) they start in June. Point system sucks

You can quit at any time.

Cons

This company will work you to death, force you to pick up overtime, punish you for not working the overtime days because you already had plans beforehand, gaslight you, make you miserable, and not show the least bit of appreciation while doing it. Some people have been fired over little things, they're the lucky ones. The rest of us are stuck working there because there is just something so magical about working yourself into the ground out of fear of homelessness. I do not recommend this company to anyone unless you are someone who enjoys torture.
