Remote work and flexible on needed days off.

Cons

*Low pay *No Xmas bonus- cheap company for being worth 9 billion *Middle management is old and out of date on KPI, CSTAT *Raises are pitiful. screw 3% *Newer management for the call center tanked morale, was incompetent, clearly not educated. *Very High school ish within management, if you aren't a favorite you won't go anywhere.

Management is not the best, they hire young people with no knowledge of department and that have no work ethic.
