Bad management not good environment

Poor management and schedule making; in the beginning, it was fine. But then things started to get political within my department and I felt like there was a wedge between me and coworkers. Also heavy emphasis on selling people our in-store card that the managers reap most of the reward out of when it’s the associate doing the work, only to receive a prize of a dollar or some random item.
