Pros

Employees are friendly and generally positive individuals Store is clean with an overall pleasant atmosphere Associate discounts are a nice on the Bass Pro products

Cons

Pay scale is not competitive with the market Privately owned company which does not always operate according to industry best practices and guidelines Computer equipment ( both software and hardware ) is ancient and under powered. Goes down frequently Training ( of any value ) is virtually non-existent Associates are required to complete numerous online tests and watch videos dating back to the previous century Management jobs are filled via the "good ole boy" system w/o being posted
