The people in general were amazing and everyone helped each other to get things done and the store was just absolutely beautiful.

Cons

In my department there was alot of heavy lifting and forklift driving u drop one of those 500 pound safes ur carrying into a customers ur gona have a really bad day

Pros

Discount on Bass Pro name brand a plus. Standard medical, vision, dental benefits. 401 K if you decide to stay with the company and can afford it.

Cons

Management bullies and biased, will not listen to there employees. Management teaches new team leads bad habits. You do your job you end up having to do someone else's job as well who could not or would not finish in a timely manner. Cut hours. Will change schedule without letting you know. Which hurts your personal life. Will hurt your Integrity in front of customers. HR is a joke. Whether it be discussing your benefits or problems in the work place you are on your own. Teaching employees to become biased as well causing a hostile work place. Turn around in management is crazy. Constant hiring and firing due to lack of training again due to biased reasoning.

The atmosphere is great, Discounts are pretty good and the staff is versed In the department they work. If you have a hunting question, they know hunting. Fishing----Fishing. Overall a pleasant working environment. Track Marine Boat Center/Service Family Driven- Welcome feeling from the time you walk in the door- Extremely knowledge staff- Sales, Service, Parts Dept. Technicians take pride in their work- Sales departments goes above and beyond to see that satisfaction is met
