Working with customers because they will whine and complain to get their way and get you in trouble.

I loved working in a store that had all the equipment and outdoors items that i shared a passion for.

Cons

the management didn't quite know how to run the departments and that showed often.

Pros

Not many pros....If you like low pay...no set schedule (as promised on hiring) horrible supervisors all the way to the top...then this is the place for you!!

Cons

No money....lies from the upper staff...threats to lose job if things are not perfect (Associates cannot walk on water by the way....) no advancement and you work really hard for a tiny check while a guy with billions makes more money off of the employees....Guess that is a "pro" for him!!!
