Pros

Excellent employee and manager relations. Very participatory managerial style amongst managers. Pay raise for the first 90 days and every year there after. Organized.

Pros

There are not any pros working for this company.

Cons

Management sucks, health benefits and pay are poor. The job makes you not have a life. The scheduling is terrible. The HR manager has no problem double crossing you and firing you.

Work on major published newsletters, major retail chain across the U.S. Learn more of the industry.

Cons

Never know when your on the chopping block for layoffs. Usual company politics. Upper management are all family.
