Where do I begin. This is not the place to work for a long period of time, because they find a way to get rid of you for being their too long. Upper management is only after the bottom line and could care less about their employees. I'm specifically talking about the Tracker Boat Department in Mesa, Arizona. Upper management has nothing better to do than micro-manage their employees to the point that most of them are either quitting or they find a way to terminate you. There certainly isn't any loyalty or "family" as they put it at this store. I certainly would not recommend anyone to work at this store; young or old - the young will get the wrong idea of what it is to work for a corporation and the old will just get ticked off and quit.

Only holiday closed is Christmas Management does not work together. One manager tells you to do it this way and another one tells you to do another way
