Pros

Great discount, the store smells good, there are a lot of fun people who work there.

Cons

NO communication or job feedback. It was like I always felt I was missing something or that there was some secret I wasn't in on. I had a hard time feeling confident about working.

Pros

Great employee discount and hours are flexible during slow months. You are considered family when you work with this company. Highly motivated company.

Cons

Downside to being in sales is that there are no incentives for sales people. Training is seldom. Overall very little downtime in the high season.

Pros

Flexible hours, pay was a little better than some other retail, interesting place to work at times, great discount of 40%, weekly paycheck

Cons

If you don't look like you belong there then you are treated differently by management. They have a tendency to hire to many people so your hours will be cut short and hours vary greatly from week to week
