Pros

Good discount on items, friendly co-workers, quick training, easy to learn. The typical customers are very courteous and appreciate the support we provide. The customers expect to be treated as friends and that they are welcome back whenever they like.

Cons

Some customers, as with any job, can be angry and they sometimes shout and get mean with the associates. Unfortunately, the customer is always right.

Pros

I liked the people that I worked with and the management was always fair with the way that they treated their employess.

Cons

Some of the cons are dealing with unruley customers during peak hours of the week, mainly being saturday afternoons or Sundays.

-You get a great discount 40% on store brand and 15 % on the rest -They have so many free activities for children -A great variety of merchandise

Cons

-poor management -no consistency with procedures or management stability -lots of favoritism and politics
