Business Outlook
Pros
Employee discount is outstanding. The people are great, from seasonal Santa Workshop outfitters, all the way up to leads and mangers, everyone was great to work with and shares the passion of the outdoors. Once you get to know the team, they may even start sharing their fishing hot spots ;)
Cons
Work/life balance was complicated with a lot of travel. Projects were tough to accomplish with the day to day expectation of being in stores, not much time to focus on other business needs.
