      Pros

      Good job for students who want to make money on campus. Pays better than other jobs on campus and is interesting.

      Cons

      The hours are at night which can be annoying. Work can sometimes be boring when no one picks up.

      Pros

      Parking permit, bigger room, a decent paycheck for walking around money and an opportunity to grow as a person. By serving the Bates community you will learn a lot about yourself and how you handle different situations. It will also a job: it gives you responsibilities beyond grades and sports.

      Cons

      If your personality doesn't mesh with it, you won't have a good time. Do it for the right reasons and because you would be an asset - not because you want a good room. Your bosses can quickly see who is half-assing it for the perks and who is doing their job.
