      Caring management Knowledgable managers Great contests and incentives Rewards for doing a good job Free samples of new products Great district manager Friendly coworkers Wonderful training Fair pay based on experience Great customer service goals Sales floor is so much fun- you get paid to just chat with people! Employee discount Rewards for working on Black Friday/Christmas Eve/New Years Eve

      A LOT of sales/promotions that you have to know Many products to be familiar with Required to work Black Friday Not a lot of hours for seasonal employees

      Easy to request time off Convenient online scheduling The chance to become close to regular customers Occasional gratis (free stuff) Flexibility with coupons

      Cons

      Poorly trained management Managers never offer praise Managers punish you for small mistakes All of the hours went to managers and sales leads I was never allowed breaks, even after 8 hour shifts Coworkers were catty Management played favorites I wasn't treated like a human being.

      Real customer experience Ability to move up within company Always new products Free trial sizes when new products come in Fun, competitive place to work Contests and prizes to help associates better themselves A great "team" feeling within the store Floorsets are extremely challenging, yet fun, and are another way to pick up hours

      Cons

      As an associate hours can be hard to come by, the more open your availability and the harder you work, and show that you are a good worker, the more hours you're likely to receive.
