      Pros

      You smell nice when you leave, customers are generally pretty friendly, cash system is extremely easy, sometimes there's a gratis

      Cons

      Schedule is never out on time, shifts can be cancelled the day of and between Jan-April generally were if it wasn't a cash shift, no hours (6/month) between Jan -April, no breaks until you work 5 hours ( only a half until you work 9 hours total, than a 15 is added as well), you must be available weekends (both days, so getting to church can be difficult), when hours do pick up you have to be able to take 3 shifts a week (a little hard when you picked up another to compensate for Jan-April slow time)

      You learn a lot of great people skills, especially how to engage with strangers.This was my first part time job and it helped me in a lot of other fields

      Cons

      Long hours during floor sets, rude customers, disorganized during the holiday season, minimum wage

      Job while you are a student

      Pros

      Friendly environment and management. You can try all the products unlimited! It is a good job if you are a student and earnings are not for living. There are lots of weeks you will have very few hours.

      Cons

      Not enough hours to live. It is usually less than 20 hours per week. And call-ins doesn't let you plan anything on your free time. You are always waiting just in case they need you. There is no room for growth and there are no benefits for Sales Associates.
