      Boring but easy

      Pros

      Great people to work with, every one always has a positive energy. Customers always seem to be in some sort of good mood.

      Cons

      Standing all day long (comfortable shoes are a must) and carrying heavy objects from the stock room are a bit of a pain. Very little hours were given.

      You are given a Great employee discount Fun atmosphere to work in Relatively Easy to learn products if you were a Bath and Body works shopper beforehand Flexible Hours

      Not the best pay for the amount of work you do as a sales associate/ cashier. Lots of shipment processing

      Good Pay for retail- No benefits for part-time management

      - Flexible schedule - Positive environment - Free goodies when new products come out

      Cons

      - The company is constantly discontinuing items, which make people upset, and they take it out on the employees in the store. (as if we had something to do with it) - 100% customer satisfaction policy means that we have to do what the customer wants regardless of how stupid it may be.
