Pros

*personal info, I have been working at Bath and Body Works for 5 months now - very flexible for hours, I am a full time university student and well in school I was looking for about 20 hours a week or less and that is what I got! Now out of school I am receiving 30+ which is perfect! - very good at placing you where you fit. I personally am strictly cash, I do work the floor some whenever its slow but all my manager know and respect that I'm most comfortable on cash. There are tons of girls I work with who are the same or visa versa. They really put you were your strengths are - Awesome managers!!! Honestly I think it more or less depends on the store but I know my managers are very understanding. One of my managers favorite saying is "this is just a job, we do have lives!" Although they can be demanding at times, its just part of any job to actually be expected to work! - Holidays! Personally this summer I am taking 4 weeks off for pleasure vacations. I gave about two months notice and no problems arouse at all! My hiring manager actually told me that she expected me to quit if she told me I could not have time off. - If you work hard you do get rewarded. One girl I work with was hired seasonal and 5 months later because a CSL. Although promotions and raises are rare, if you put the effort in they do happen. - free stuff! Every once in awhile the company does give out little free presents to staff! So far I have received a full sized shower gel as well as three minis. Also the discount is 30% and although you cant use that on top of promos, at any store I have gone too I have been able to use coupons! Also at holidays there is a lot of free chocolate - long term! I see myself working with Bath and Body Works a year from now. Personally as crazy as somedays can get making people happy and seeing how dedicated our customers are to our products makes it all totally worth it. After all, they're not just customers, they are people too!

Cons

- Customers can get crazy but honestly I don't think I would consider it a con exactly since you have crazy customers any where you work! Its just a hassle some times! - Very busy! Specially on weekends and holidays! If you want a relaxed, stand around all day job this is not for you! But personally I love it, it makes the day go by super fast!

Pros

None maybe the clients even then you get some crazy people because the product are becoming so cheap "forever Red" lol big fail

Cons

To last with this companie you have to be a good at the lying game, backstabbing & ready to hear a lot of their blablabla ...." Values " they have fake ones they play by there own policy let's say an associate gets sick 1 day if the manger doesn't like her she will ask her to bring paper from the doctor and if she doesn't knowing that the policy it's 3 day the manager will play with the rules until she can fire her while the manager can just call the csl's and be like I'm not coming today I feel sick and the next day she can call you anytime and be like <Oh can you open the store for me > Basically managers can do WtV they like .... And no one is there to give them a wake up call because every time the Head office , the DM'S pay visits they call and let them know that they are coming one week in advance then the manager get her self to work once they leave everything goes back to normal .... Witch means sitting in the back talking on the phone " merch flowing" they put blue dots stickers and ask you to go get it HaHahHa like seriously Honestly if you are not in the click of the managers & DM's then your not worth a Dime + they make you work floorsets on weekends nights & even week nights instead of having a visual team they obviously like to save on this part by make you do double or triple job ..
