      Good place for college students

      Pros

      Flexible..they definetly work around school schedules, and they are pretty fair with hours it is a great place to work a seasonal job!

      Cons

      You have to really sell the products, they encourage you to push items..it gets really busy around the holidays though.

      Pros

      Good discount (30%), but it's a better deal to wait for a sale, then use a coupon on top of the sale price. Some people are great to work with. Most customers are excited & in a good mood to shop in the store. My manager was very nice and professional. You sometimes get freebies or the opportunity to win products.

      Cons

      Irregular schedule. They are times you cannot take off work. Floorsets are sometimes long and tedious, but you are ususally expected to be there. The red tape created by a large corporation (HR dept) made it difficult for my manager to appropriately dicipline some employees.

      Pros

      the store smells nice, sometimes was given free samples of new products, decent employee discount, get to try all the products.

      Cons

      not enough hours, not enough pay, had to harass customers when they walked into the store, management did not communicate well with sales associates
