Pros
It's a good national company. I worked there for 8 years and loved it. The peopld that I worked with were great. There was a lot of flexabilty in hours and what stores you could work at. The discounts at the sister stores were helpful for the holidays. They were always trying now ideas and products to keep people coming back.
Cons
It was sometimes hard to explain to customers why the item they liked was now gone. They shold have downsized products rather than just take them away. but I do understand their attemp to keep up with the times
