Good salaries for the local area. Some very nice and dedicated co-workers.
Cons
Higher-level Admin/Executive Assistants control the interview process for higher level Admin positions. Also, Lead Admins are asked for performance input from other Lead Admins before they decide to interview you for jobs you applied for in their organization. This process is flawed. If a Lead Admin hears derogatory information/gossip, they don't vet it, but pass it on like fact. This negatively impacts your ability to move up within the Admin rankings. The Lead Admins should consult your current manager before making negative recommendations to other Lead Admin.
