Working at Battelle is all about whom you know. Tell me your name, I’ll tell you the policy runs rampant through the company. Used to have a great benefits package... it is rapidly declining. Pays executives and management exorbitant amounts of money – even when they do not perform. Moral is extremely low. Forecasting and money management is lacking. Many layoffs recently took place. Now management sees those positions were necessary and is rehiring. Recent switch to PTO and reduction in pension extremely disappointing.
