Let me share the truth here because this company receives a lot of negative reviews.
Parking-There are many lots, but the parking lot needs to be paved!
Security-They are OK. However, they do make small mistakes when it comes to configuring employees badges and account information.
-THEY DO CARE ABOUT THE CULTURE. I do not know many companies that will create programs and trainings that will help improve moral. To be honest, many of their employees are spoiled! I have worked for other Corporate firms in different industries who could care less about culture. Just do your job and go home mentality from other firms. What difference does it make whether you have to go to a culture training or not. You are still getting paid and have an opportunity to eat all you want, and attend a social event for free afterwards!!!!
-Contractors: Miss out on a lot of events and communications! They could treat them better! Sometimes, they made lesser money than the regular employees. But, any Contractors that work here that see this review, do not worry! Strong possibility to be hired on as long as you work hard and prove your worth!
HR: Pretty decent people. Many of them are very friendly! Benefits are OK. FYI, health insurance is expensive everywhere, so that is not a con in my book. This company offers free life insurance unless you want more coverage, free STD, per insurance...etc. The Performance agreements are fair! However, they need to get rid of that firm they work with that conducts their background checks. Truescreen is not very resourceful! Some ERG's are friendly! However, they tend to ignore important emails from time to time.
-Management: In IT, as I stated some managers are OK. Some managers in the company in general are horrible and do not take action on issues. Some have used foul language and ignored important emails.
People: Dull and negative! The older ones have the worst attitudes! They are not friendly, sarcastic, some are racist (Yes, some of you dislike other cultures of people because you are stuck in the times, get a life!), not all of our culture is Caucasian and we all have to work together, and there is no one race of people anymore. You either get along with people or do not have any money!! Point blank! Some people just stare at others and are very nosey! Some of the younger employees are friendly! Also, IT is only spoken to outside of an open incident unless you are a certain race, gender, or friend. They only speak to us when they need something. Rude! Also, do not criticize the company for hiring younger individuals! You were young at one time as well. You have kids, grandchildren and then some. You did not just become "gray headed" of your choosing :)
