      Pros

      As long as the hours are put in can be flexible with start and stop time. Easy to get time off when needed. Benefits and time off is slightly better than average though not outstanding. Seems to be an inclusive work environment. Not micro managed.

      Cons

      Can be a lot going on so it is stressful at times. Battelle helps pay for medical insurance but not dental so dental insurance is not very good.

      Pros

      Paid well. Intelligent workforce and everyone is very helpful.

      Cons

      A lot of positions are contract-based, so if a contract ends you need to look for work within the company (or elsewhere). I've seen even seasoned employees fired with no notice, which is the company policy to maintain security.
