      Opportunity to learn about military contract work.

      Cons

      Watch out for the female "clique". Once you get misunderstood, you'll get gossiped to the point of harassment, and there is no way to save yourself except to leave. Higher turnover rate. The company keeps taking benefits back that were originally agreed to when you were hired. They eliminated paternity leave. They limited tuition reimbursement for MBA's only to their management staff. (Gee, how do you get into management without an MBA, to compete for a position in management against someone else who already has an MBA?). They changed from 1000 sick hours to 5 days [sick] PTO. They kept "taking back".
