      Pros

      A handful of good managers that care. Decent money. Great regulars.

      Cons

      More awful managers than not. To concerned talking at/down at the workers. On the phone with their baby daddy. Letting aggressive and violent people back in the restaurant not caring how it makes the workers feel unsafe. Not knowing how to actually do the job they were hired for.

      Poorly lead by middle management, poor benefits, quickly replaceable, cult like if you don’t conform to their style of leadership
