I believe Bausch & Lomb treats it's employees fair and with respect. The benefits are excellent and one of the best bonus compensation plans I've ever received.

Cons

Like with many company's, when acquisitions are made, divisions are cut and employee layoffs occur. It is unfortunate because a lot of good employees are let go.
